Body Relaxer, LLC Return Policy - Effective as of November 1st, 2007.

The following return policies are binding on all orders and cannot be changed verbally by phone or written by e-mail. To avoid any confusion, Body Relaxer, LLC Customer Service Representatives and/or Sales Representatives cannot change these policies, under any circumstances. No exceptions.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on select products purchased from our store or website or via phone order (starting from the invoice date and excluding items such as custom sized or special ordered items, special clearance items, auctioned items, factory refurbished items, all forms of bedding, pillows & bedding accessories, bath & body products & other consumables, candles or otherwise specially discounted items). Simply return the item neatly and properly stored and repackaged in the original packaging and in new condition for a refund of the product price less shipping and a 25% restocking fee (25% of the original invoice amount). Please note: if no shipping charges were charged on the original invoice (“free shipping” offer / “shipping included”) the actual outbound shipping charges that Body Relaxer, LLC paid for in fulfilling your original purchase will be deducted prior to processing a refund (there is no such thing as “free outbound freight” when a refund is being requested from Body Relaxer, LLC).

 

Items which are not returnable:

Due to hygienic regulations, guidelines & policies, some items purchased from us are not returnable and thus will not be refundable. Some of these items are as follows:

 

All sales are final (no returns allowed) on the following items:

  • Beds, mattresses & mattress toppers

  • Pillows of any kind

  • Mattress and pillow protectors/covers

  • Bath & body products (soaps, oils, salts, lotions, etc)

  • Candles

 

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Factory refurbished items

  • Clearance/closeout/open box/floor model items sold through special discounts and/or promotions (ask a sales associate for details)

  • Special auctioned items (items sold via online auction sites, for example)

  • Special ordered, customized and/or “one-of-a-kind” items

  • Any items sold at wholesale/distributor pricing to our authorized dealers/retailers

 

Return shipping costs, shipping insurance and RMA #’s:

The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping insurance. Items received after the 30 day return period will not be accepted for return. Any / all items shipped to us as part of the process of a refund request must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly marked on the item or it will be rejected by our warehouse staff. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email or phone to initiate a return request and to obtain the RMA #. No exceptions to this rule.

Potential warranty work necessary prior to a refund request:

Any applicable product warranty problem, repair or replacement must be handled directly through the manufacturer of the product and not through Body Relaxer, LLC unless the item is manufactured exclusively for and distributed by Body Relaxer, LLC. Please note that some items are private labeled for Body Relaxer, LLC but Body Relaxer, LLC is not the actual manufacturer and thus in some cases Body Relaxer, LLC is not responsible for warranty fulfillment. Please email us for further clarification on this topic, based on the item.

If you decide to return a product that needs warranty work, all warranty work must be done by the manufacturer’s authorized repair center before returning said item to Body Relaxer, LLC for a refund under our normal policy. Items that are returned after the 30-day period, or are soiled, or damaged, or dirty or smell like smoke can not be accepted for return or exchange.

“Free Gifts” in relation to a refund request:

In the event that a free gift was given with the product purchased from Body Relaxer, LLC the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations:

 

Cancel or change orders by contacting our Customer Service Department. Phone or e-mail messages requesting an order be changed or canceled received after business hours will be addressed the following business day.

Credit card orders must be canceled the day they were placed, before the close of our normal business hours, to avoid additional fees. Merchant Transaction Fees that we incur for refunding credit card orders canceled after business hours or the day after they were placed will be deducted from the refund. Merchant transaction fees are as follows:

  • Visa / MasterCard - 4.82% of total purchase price

  • American Express - 6.8% of total purchase price

  • Discover - 4.8% of total purchase price

Orders canceled after they've shipped will be treated as a return. Full shipping costs as well the restocking fees noted above will be deducted from the refund.

Any order refused upon delivery (without prior arrangement and approval of a Customer Service Representative) will be treated as a return. Full shipping costs as well the restocking fees noted above will be deducted from the refund.
